Tracklance – Your Freelance Business Hub
Tracklance is a fully interactive and responsive business management tool for freelancers — built entirely with a single structured prompt using Bolt.new, a no-code platform that transforms AI prompts into fully working websites and web apps.
This project was not designed in Figma — no custom UI drawing, no component libraries, and no hand-coded logic were involved. The entire interface, structure, content, and interactivity were defined directly in the prompt.

Instead of using Figma or Webflow, I wrote a prompt. That’s it.
From sidebar navigation to interactive dashboards, invoice tables to time tracking — every feature was described in one detailed instruction, and Bolt.new generated the full product instantly.
Tracklance proves that with the right structure and logic, prompts can replace hours of design and development.
Freelancers often juggle multiple tools: Notion for notes, Google Sheets for income, third-party apps for invoices, and random PDFs for client tracking. Tracklance replaces all of that with a single, centralized interface.
I built it to:

Offer a replicable system others can remix into their own dashboards or SaaS
Tracklance is made up of 9 connected, fully functional pages, each one focused on a core business task:
Dashboard – income summary, KPIs, activity timeline
Projects – task and status tracking, deadlines, notes
Clients – contact info, project history, preferred currency
Invoices – paid/sent tracking, reminders, PDFs
Time Tracker – daily logs, hourly totals, per-project view
Goals – income or task goals with progress feedback
Expenses – category breakdowns, net profit view
Reports – exportable summaries and business insights
Settings – currencies, taxes, invoice formatting, automations
Each page features working tables, filters, dropdowns, and clickable states — with responsive layout and a clean light theme.
