We started with an in-depth exploration of the real estate market and user expectations for premium commercial spaces. Our research focused on how potential clients search, compare, and evaluate office buildings online. These insights shaped our approach to delivering a digital experience that reflects the quality and professionalism of Ekmas Building.
The design concept was built around Ekmas Building’s architectural elegance and modern infrastructure. We translated its physical presence into a refined digital identity—one that communicates prestige, trust, and contemporary business values. The visual language reflects the sophistication of the space while remaining accessible and informative for a wide audience.
We designed a clean, immersive, and responsive user interface that highlights the building’s key features, floor plans, and leasing information. The user journey was carefully mapped to guide visitors intuitively, whether they’re browsing on desktop or mobile. Interactions were kept minimal yet meaningful, with a focus on clarity, visual impact, and ease of access to critical information.
A modern and elegant typographic system was chosen to match the architectural tone of Ekmas Building. The use of structured, well-balanced typefaces reinforces the brand’s professional image while ensuring easy readability. Typography played a key role in delivering a premium and polished visual experience across all screens.
