Our process began with a comprehensive discovery phase to understand Jabio’s unique positioning within the reputation management space. We analyzed user needs, competitor platforms, and core business functionalities to uncover insights that would inform the platform’s structure and usability. This strategic groundwork ensured every design decision was aligned with both user expectations and Jabio’s brand promise.
We developed a modern and trustworthy visual concept that reflects Jabio’s role as a powerful B2B solution for managing customer reviews and brand reputation. The design language strikes a balance between tech-forward and human-centric, combining clean visuals, subtle color dynamics, and intuitive components to build credibility and ease of use.
The interface was designed to simplify complexity — organizing robust features like review management, analytics, and automation into a streamlined, easy-to-navigate experience. Each interaction was carefully considered to improve efficiency and reduce friction, with a strong focus on accessibility and clarity. The result is a highly functional dashboard tailored to busy marketing teams and reputation managers.
We selected a typographic system that reflects Jabio’s professionalism and reliability. Clean sans-serif fonts were used to ensure strong legibility across devices, while subtle weight variations created a clear content hierarchy. The typography works in harmony with the overall design, helping users quickly scan data and navigate with confidence.
